Law of Stimulation in the Sky and Beyond

JOHOR BAHRU - In our opinion of the visualising the most ultimate stimulating venues, the first thing that comes to mind are the iconic James Bond film locations. The franchise has uncanny ability when choosing filming locations that stimulate the mind, body and soul. From the Villa del Balbianello (Lake Como, Italy) arguably one of the most stunning, this 18th-century villa with its manicured gardens appeared in Casino Royale (2006), as the place where Bond recuperates and falls for Vesper Lynd. Or the Taj Lake Palace & Jagmandir Island Palace (Udaipur, India) featured in Octopussy (1983), these marble palaces situated in the middle of Lake Pichola acted as the "floating palace" hideout, offering extreme luxury and, in the movie, a "female-filled fortress".
When we started visualising our project on what would be the most compelling attraction for guests. We wanted to first identify what are primary characteristics of a stimulating venue with a 007 aura. Such as the prestine details of luxury architecture and the cool gadgets that everyone loves and wants. How do we define that in our own way in our venues?
Characteristics of a Stimulating Venue
Immersive Design: Uses layout, lighting, sound, and texture to surround guests with the event's concept, encouraging deep engagement rather than passive observation.
Purpose-Driven Atmosphere: Designed to foster focus, creativity, and collaboration, often incorporating natural light and aesthetically pleasing surroundings.
Flexibility & Innovation: Offers adaptable spaces that allow for creative, non-traditional event formats, such as indoor-outdoor flows that change the energy level throughout the day.
Unique Technology: Features advanced,, and interactive, technological tools like large LED screens or specialized equipment to enhance the attendee experience.
The Gliese Sports City underlines every single bullet point with a spy action-drama galactic perspective.
What does “Gliese” mean?
It is named after Wilhelm Gliese (1915–1993), a German astronomer who specialised in the study of nearby stars. Gliese system planets refer to exoplanets (planets outside our solar system) that orbit red dwarf stars listed in the “Gliese Nearby Star Catalog.” Planets such as Gliese 667c, 581c and 581d are frequently studied because their host stars are relatively close to Earth (within 20 light-years) and are often located in the habitable zone, where liquid water could exist. They are also referred to as “Super-Earths,” as they may potentially support life.

In Johor Bahru, Malaysia—located within a 30-minute air taxi ride from Changi Airport—there is a habitable venue located on the 54th floor called “The New Fuyvis Infinity Falls at Gliese Sports City.”
