Hello Coaches and Team Leaders!
Our reservation system has changed due to the recent rise of inbound tourism to Fukuoka. Many of the hotels are already at half capacity for November 20-25, 2025. This has limited us to accepting and adjusting our format for only 8 teams in our tournament. As a kind reminder, you must book as quickly as possible to reserve your spot before February 1, 2025!
Once you have done that. We will coordinate your ground transportation according to your flight booking.
Lastly, during your trip to Fukuoka, everyone will stay in a 4-star hotel or Ryokan. Some teams may be split up or together in different areas. Charter buses will be scheduled at specific gathering points near the hotel for a smooth transition to/from the airport and basketball arena. This will all be confirmed way before your arrival.
