All travel information for each member will be released after all payment confirmations processed by H.I.S. Travel.

This is a VIP TRAVEL GROUP EVENT! that features inclusive travel, special event access, food and drinks!

Inclusive food and drinks will be served daily at specific times. We encourage everyone to bring spending money to buy their own snacks in between these times; or when buying legal gifts. Event schedule times may change at any given time so please keep your notifications on at all times by joining the VIP Splash Vibes Group!

When:

Day 1 | 2025, July 17, Thursday | Arrival Day

• Time: 6:00-12:00 JST | Each attendee or member will depart from all designated international airports in Japan (ie. NRT, HND, KIX, FUK). The economy airlines will be from either Air Asia, Vietjet, Bangkok Airways, Hong Kong Express or Singapore Airlines. For attendees and members under the Corporate sponsorship, 20 executives will fly business class on either JAL, Korean Air, Thai Air and Bangkok Airways for the transfer flight; and the remaining 60 will fly our economy designated airlines.
• Time: 14:00-19:00 ICT | Arrive at Phuket Airport > Check-in 4 star hotels by large VIP Splash Vibes Charter Buses with English and Japanese speaking guide. There will be a designated area at Phuket Domestic Airport for pickup located on the 1F.  Our transfer system will operate every hour until all passengers have been accounted for. The distance from the airport to hotel areas is aprroximately 1 hour and there are no additional cost for bus transfer.
• Time: 19:00-21:00 ICT | M Lounge Experience Welcome To Thailand Networking Dinner Buffet at Hotel (Projected Hotel: Holiday Inn Resort Patong or similar.)

Swimming in the sea around the boat and jumping off the cabana Balinese net bed is strictly forbidden. Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board. YONA Beach does not sail for safety reasons. YONA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women. Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 21 years old.

Water Taxi Services operate every 15 minutes if you need to vacate the sea vessel for emergency purposes. Upon re-entering you will need to show your wrist band for access.

The pickup will be located on the 1F lobby areas of the designated hotels. (please note: airport transfers will be operating during breakfast time for early flight departures, please do not miss your flights or leave personal belongings and luggage behind. Our transfer system will operate every hour until all passengers have been accounted for. The distance from the hotel areas to airport is aprroximately 1 hour and there are no additional cost for bus transfer.
